Lily Woodley

HR Adviser

Lily joined the EPS Casework Team in May 2023 as an HR Adviser, supporting Oxfordshire schools and providing advice through both the Helpdesk and the casework service. She has built up valuable prior experience working in generalist HR within a Hampshire local authority.

Before moving into HR, Lily worked in Children’s Services at Hampshire County Council, supporting families directly. These experiences have helped shape her practical, people focused approach to supporting schools.
