Maternity leave

Lily began her HR career 2 years ago working for a Local authority in Hampshire working as a HR Officer gaining knowledge and experience in general HR providing advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR matters. Prior to undertaking a career in HR, Lily worked for Hampshire County Council within Childrens Services supporting families. She is looking forward to supporting schools with all aspects of casework whilst also aiming to complete a CIPD level 5 qualification.
