Lisa Hollier

Senior HR Adviser (Policy)

Lisa has worked within HR for schools for Hampshire County Council for over 10 years, both in Education Personnel Services and in Pay & Contract Support Services, in which she developed a good working knowledge of the payroll system and advised on payroll issues, managed a caseload of maternity cases, and managed the (then) CRB team. She currently works in the Policy & Reward team, developing guidance and advising on policy and application of procedure.  Her key areas of work include safeguarding, apprentices and wellbeing. Lisa is the Newly Qualified Teacher Induction Co-ordinator for Hampshire County Council’s Appropriate Body. Lisa holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and a postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a member of the CIPD.
