Maria Ivanova

Senior HR Adviser

Maria joined the EPS team as a Senior HR Adviser in September 2024. She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and brings over seven years of HR experience across a diverse range of sectors, including engineering, food manufacturing, software, and adult care.

In her current role, Maria provides high-quality, risk-assessed, and timely advice on a broad range of complex employee relations matters. She is committed to maintaining strong professional relationships and to the continuous improvement of service delivery through effective use of feedback, performance monitoring, and knowledge sharing.

Prior to joining EPS, Maria developed strong generalist HR expertise through a series of senior roles. Most recently, within the adult care sector, she supported four care homes, acting as a subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters. She partnered closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organisational objectives.
