Senior HR Adviser

Maria joined the EPS team as a Senior HR Adviser on 23 September 2024. CIPD Level 5 qualified with over 7 years of experience in various HR roles in different sectors including engineering, food manufacturing, Software and Care. In her most recent role Maria was supporting a total of four Adult Care Homes, resolving complex case work, implementing HR matrix and identifying areas for improvement. Maria has a good understanding and passion for Safeguarding and supporting managers to resolve issues.

Maria has a thorough and collaborative approach with a positive “can do” attitude. Maria loves learning and the challenge of problem solving.
