Schools Casework Team Leader

Martin joined Educational Personnel Services in June 2019 and is a Strategic Team Leader within the EPS Casework Service. He leads HR advisory provision across East Hampshire, West Sussex, Hart, and Rushmoor, working closely with key partners including HIAS and Governor Services to support school leaders in achieving effective workforce outcomes.

He leads and develops a team of HR Advisers, providing oversight of complex employee relations casework and supporting the effective operation of the EPS Helpdesk service. Reporting to the Casework Manager, Martin contributes to service performance, continuous improvement, and quality assurance across EPS.

Prior to joining EPS, Martin gained extensive experience in leadership, investigations and risk management through his military and police careers. He is an Associate Member of the CIPD and is committed to delivering a high quality, professional HR advisory service.
