Maureen Baverstock

Strategic HR Adviser

Maureen has worked in the public sector for many years and has held both management and HR positions. She has significant experience in advising on a range of employment related issues. Maureen has been with Education Personnel Services over 14 years and has provided HR advice and guidance to Headteachers and Governors. More recently she has been undertaking specific work supporting schools with recruitment and retention issues.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy, a Certificate in Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law.

Maureen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is a registered Workplace Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council.
