Michelle joined Educational Personnel Services in August 2020. Before this, Michelle started her career in Early Years as a Nursery Nurse and worked for her previous employer for nearly 20 years. In that time Michelle progressed to Manager, achieving two outstanding OFSTED inspections, and then advanced to a group management and HR role. Michelle was one of the lead people in developing the company’s policies, procedures, employee lifecycle, and in more recent years has been managing casework for investigations and hearings. Michelle has a Management Foundation Degree as well as her level 5 CIPD and is an associate member of the CIPD.
