Senior HR Adviser

Michelle joined Education People Services in August 2020 as a Senior HR Advisor.

She began her career in Early Years as a Nursery Nurse and spent almost 20 years with her previous employer. During this time, she progressed to a managerial role, leading a pre-school that achieved two outstanding Ofsted ratings, before transitioning into a group management and HR position.

In this role, Michelle played a key part in developing organisational policies, procedures and the employee lifecycle framework. Michelle has experience in managing and advising on complex HR casework, including investigations and formal hearings. Michelle holds a Foundation Degree in Management and is CIPD Level 5 qualified. She is currently working towards her CIPD Level 7 qualification and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
