Rebecca Coward

HR Adviser

Rebecca recently joined the EPS Casework Team in June 2024 as an HR Adviser for Hampshire Schools. Previously to joining the EPS team, Rebecca worked in overseas British Schools in the UAE private sector for the past 10 years. Working in both counselling and HR departments as a counsellor for pupils and staff supporting wellbeing. In addition to providing HR advice and guidance to staff, Senior Leadership Team, and Head Teachers. Rebecca is passionate about education, safeguarding and supporting schools with employee relations issues.

Rebecca has a BA (Hons) in Criminology, PGDip in Psychology and MSc in Applied Psychology and is currently working towards her Level 5 CIPD.
