Senior HR Adviser

Stephanie work as a Senior HR Advisor for EPS, providing support and advice to headteachers and governors across schools on a wide range of employee relation matters.

Before joining EPS, Stephanie was the dedicated HR Advisor for the City Services directorate of Southampton City Council, dealing with complex and politically sensitive cases.

Before this, Stephanie had worked at Hampshire County Council as a HR Advisor for 4 years, working on the HR Operations Helpdesk, after working her way from up Admin Officer in the HR Org change team. Stephanie acquired Associate level 5 CIPD whilst working within org change team, which helped cement her HR skills and knowledge.

Stephanie is passionate about helping people and applying a fair and practical approach to casework, so that the best and most reasonable solution can be found.
