Sue Burton-Anstess

Casework Team Leader

Sue has over 25 years’ experience in HR. She previously worked for a local authority within Hampshire carrying out a wide range of HR functions including advising the senior leadership team on all aspect of employment legislation and related issues. Sue has now been a consultant with EPS for 10 years. Sue has worked for the Policy and Development Team and the East and West Casework teams for Hampshire schools advising Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors on a full range of employment casework. Sue now manages the team of casework consultants who provide advice and support to customers in Oxfordshire schools. Sue has a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
