Vicky Maddocks

Senior HR Adviser

Vicky joined EPS in 2009 and works with Headteachers and Senior Leaders across Hampshire and neighbouring county schools.

Vicky’s main role as Senior HR Advisor is providing casework consultancy on a wide variety of HR issues to schools, including restructures, disciplinary matters, absence, capability and many more besides.

Vicky’s 25 years’ experience in HR has been varied; working in clothing retail, food manufacturing, the probation service and most interestingly, funeral directors, all in a HR Advisor roles. Vicky has a Business Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development and has previously been a Chartered member of the CIPD.
