National Guidance
Further Education settings should demand that their caterers serve students and staff quality, healthy food. You may need to review your procurement terms if your setting wishes to make changes. Read the Standards for School Food in England guidance by the Department of Education and the Public Health England Healthier and more sustainable catering guidance.
