D-Day 80 Beacon Lighting
Arrive from 8.15pm for beacon lighting at 9.15pm
To commemorate the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, Hampshire County Council in partnership with the Drummond Family of Cadland Estate, will be hosting a beacon lighting and international tribute at Lepe Country Park.
Coinciding with national Fish and Chip Day we will be hosting a fish and chip supper in The Lookout from 6.30pm. This day also reflects the historical significance of fish and chips being one of the few food items not rationed during the war.
