Responding to Dysregulation Workshop
This four-hour workshop offers valuable insights and practical strategies to help both parents and children during and after periods of dysregulation. Both online and in-person, parents will gain a deeper understanding of dysregulation, including the neurological and physiological changes that occur.
Parents will have the opportunity to discuss their experiences with other parents, learn from each other, and expand their toolkit for approaching their child when there are challenging situations. Parents will also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other families during the workshop.
I find social situations difficult. However, throughout this training I felt confident to talk out loud in front of everyone. Discussing with other parents what has worked for them and having the feeling of not being alone.
