We greatly value thoughts and opinions from anyone including enquirers, applicants, families, young people and adoptees, as they help us improve our adoption services.
We are mindful that expressing your views or feelings could feel daunting, but we genuinely would like to hear your suggestions, an experience, a compliment, or something else.
One of our aims is to make our services more supportive to those affected by adoption. If you are someone who has a lived experience of adoption, and you would like to tell us about the service you have received, or perhaps how we could do something differently but you do not wish to share your details, you can use our anonymised form for general feedback.
If there is something where we can make a difference to you personally, we recommend you email [email protected] and we will respond to you within one working day of receiving your email. We are also interested in hearing from adopted adults or birth family members who may wish to help us shape our services for others.
