Support sessions - Single/solo virtual meet-up

As part of our Family Support Plan for approved adopters pre-order families, we offer a Single/Solo Virtual Meet Up every month in the evening. These sessions are designed to bring together single adopters and those recently approved, creating a supportive space to share experiences and connect.

You may see familiar faces from your Adopt South training or meet new adoptive parents. It is a chance to talk with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of adopting as a single parent.

Each meetup includes open discussions on parenting and adoption-related topics, with opportunities to share ideas and ask questions. Our team is there to offer advice and support if you need it. These sessions are also a great way to expand your social network; you can use the chat function during the event or ask us afterwards to help you make connections.
