Adopt South sponsors ‘Lion of Love Valen’ as part of Portsmouth's citywide lions trail
We are proud to be part of the Pride of Portsmouth 100th anniversary celebration lion trail. Our vibrant lion sculpture, is designed by Hampshire-based artist Kimberley Nicolle.
As part of the city-wide art trail, the Adopt South's lion, Lion of Love Valen, will be located in the grounds of Portsmouth Cathedral, helping to bring colour, creativity and community spirit to the city. The sculpture celebrates the love and diversity of adoptive families in our region.
