- Use of the Field shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk. The Council/Queen Elizabeth Country Park accepts no liability for the death or injury to any person/dog or for the damage to any property. The Council also accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred.
- The Dog Field is to be used as an area for the hirer to train or exercise dogs and for no other purpose.
- The Dog Field Hire is charged by the half hour. Block bookings (i.e. repeat bookings made at one time) may be made for an advance period.
• A hire fee of £3 per half hour for up to three dogs, is payable in advance or on the day at the Visitor Centre during opening hours. If you would like to bring more than 3 there is an additional charge of £1 per dog. Payment is by card only.
- No more than six dogs are permitted within The Dog Field at any one time during the hire period. If you wish to hire this field for more dogs for training or social events, please email [email protected] or phone 02392 595040. Please note that if there are more than 6 dogs at one time another handler must be present.
- The hirer shall not cause any interference or nuisance to any other users of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
- During the use and upon leaving the hirer is to ensure the area is left in a clean and tidy condition. All dog faeces must be bagged and disposed of appropriately. The hirer is responsible for securing The Dog Field by locking with the dedicated padlock at the end of the hire period.
- The Hirer is not to carry out any alterations to the area. The use of portable and/or disposable BBQ’s is not permitted.
- The area may not be used for the sale of any goods or the serving of any food or refreshments.
- Car parking charges apply.
- A padlock code will be issued to the hirer at the time of booking.
- Queen Elizabeth Country Park reserves the right to refuse future bookings from any hirer contravening the above conditions of hire.
