Visiting Queen Elizabeth Country Park with your dog
Give your dog a day out to remember at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. We’ve got a range of activities for your pup whether they love bounding across the countryside or prefer a gentle stroll at your side.
Dogs are welcome at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. We just ask that you follow the canine code and be mindful that livestock sometimes grazes on Butser Hill. Follow any onsite signage.
Dog routes
Bound down the trails and routes that wind through Queen Elizabeth Country Park with your dog.
There’s so much for you to explore, whether your dog prefers a gentle stroll or an adventure across the South Downs. Our short and long woodland walks are great for forest dog walks by yourself or with friends. Or if you want to see the views of the south, Butser Hill walks can be a nice option for active dogs who like the climb.
There are no restrictions for dog walks. However, during the year livestock grazing occurs on Butser Hill. Respect all signage and keep dogs on leads if walking into a grazing compartment.
