Park Yoga

Look for the Park Yoga flag on Bottom Field and join us every Sunday morning at 9:30am throughout the summer. A wonderful start to your Sundays, Park Yoga is free to attend and there is no need to book. Everyone is welcome – regardless of age, background or ability. Simply grab a mat or blanket and come and join the group.

Park Yoga is a registered charity that provides free community park yoga sessions on Sunday mornings from May to September to improve the health and wellbeing of yogis all over the country.  Please consider supporting them, if you can, by making a donation – so that they can continue to provide these sessions year after year.

Please note due to events on Bottom Field on the following dates sessions will be held in front of our pizza oven near Juniper car park:  5th July, 19th July, 6th September and 13th September.

The Sunday 5 July session coincides with CycleFest at QECP and will focus on movements that will benefit cyclists by targeting key muscle groups such as the calves, quads and hips, helping you enhance flexibility before a ride and support recovery afterwards.
