Pilates

Pilates in the Park is a free 1-hour Mat Pilates class.

This session focuses on building strength, improving mobility, balance, and overall body awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each exercise is taught with layered options and modifications, making the class suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced movers.

Please bring your own mat and enjoy a guided, full-body Pilates session designed to help you move with control and confidence.

Sophie will be leading this class in the Visitor Centre, providing a wonderful start to your Saturday, whether you are new to Pilates or already practice regularly. Everyone is welcome to experience the benefits of Pilates in a cosy indoor setting.

The Saturday 4 July session coincides with CycleFest at QECP and will focus on the muscles cyclists rely on most to help improve performance, balance, flexibility, and recovery. Building core strength, improving hip stability, increasing mobility, and supporting better posture on and off the bike. Perfect for cyclists of all levels — but open to everyone looking to move stronger and feel better.
