Big Kids Bushcraft!

Come along and spend a morning in the forest, where we can make some woodland creations using the bushcraft tools, hunt for creepy crawlies, build dens, learn fire lighting skills and, of course, toast something yummy around the fire pit.

Session Time: 10.30am - 12.30pm 

What you need to know?
• The session is approximately 2 hours long
• Adult supervision is required at all times, adults are not required to book a place
• This activity is suitable for children aged 9 - 12 years only
• Please wear suitable clothing & footwear (wellingtons) be prepared for rain or shine (sun hats)
• Please note the terrain is uneven underfoot and there is a mild incline in places suitable footwear is advised and any infants or babies coming along a sturdy pushchair is strongly advised
• On arrival, please go to the visitor centre with your proof of booking where you will be met by our education ranger
• We will be using the fire pit to cook some treats on. Please make sure you have filled out all the boxes with the relevant information regarding allergies/ dietary requirements
• This activity is non-refundable/ non transferable
• Parking charges apply at all times
