Join us for some half term adventures and learn about the perfect pollinators in our park. We will be going on a meadow bug hunt, making seed bombs, nectar drinks and butterfly art.
What you need to know?
- This event is for children aged 4 years old and up.
- This activity is aimed at families with children aged 4 years and up, a responsible adult must remain with children at all times.
- Children's tickets are priced at £7.50 each, accompanying adults are free.
- Meet at 1pm outside the Queen Elizabeth Country Park visitor centre where you will be met by a member of the Country Park staff.
- The session will be 90 minutes hours long and will include a short walk. A meadow bug hunt, making seed bombs, a sweet nectar drink, and some butterfly art.
- You will need sturdy footwear and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions, we recommend wearing long trousers or leggings.
- The walk is only suitable for pushchairs with all terrain tyres, please be aware that the ground is uneven and there are some steep hills.
