Now is the time to bring some festive cheer into your home. This usually means a trip up to the loft to bring out your family’s faithful decorations or investing in some sparkle for your home. But did you know, UK households create 30% more waste than usual during the festive period. Whether this be through packaging, uneaten food or decorations. Common decorations such as tinsel and baubles are often unable to be recycled so are sent straight to landfill.

To create the decorations you will need:
- Log disks
- String Ribbon
- A marker pen
- PVA glue
- Glitter (try find the biodegradable type that Lottie uses in the video)
- Scissors
- A palm drill
