A circular route (anti-clockwise) using rights of way. Beware some parts may be muddy.

This walk starts and ends at the Halls Hill public car park and follows the South Downs Way eastwards until its junction with the Milky Way.

The route descends through hanger woodlands and turns west across fields (The Clays) to reach Buriton church and village. It then follows the Hangers Way from the village pond back to the starting point.
