Asbestos management

We have years of experience in managing asbestos on estates of all sizes

We've been doing this since before the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012) introduced a Duty to Manage Asbestos in 2002, and therefore have a good understanding of what it takes to meet these requirements.

How we can help

We can:

  • help you develop asbestos management plans and policy
  • give you access to our live asbestos register information, which is regularly updated after inspections, asbestos removal, and building layout changes
  • provide testing and inspection services
  • support you with trustworthy professional, independent, and impartial consultation services and advice

Asbestos register

To make interpretation as easy as possible, our asbestos register organises data by room and includes colour plans and photos. Our location plans and photos have colour vision deficiency (colour blindness) friendly keys, so that all our clients can easily find items of interest.

Using our client portal, you can access your asbestos register data, search for specific rooms of interest and produce small reports, which can be printed off or emailed to contractors.

Examples below show bespoke risk assessments used within our organisation, but we can also deliver industry standard material and priority risk assessments.

Example of asbestos register format

We also have a smaller format of the asbestos register, which only contains the register data and small photographs of the items.
