Hampshire Print and Document Services operate as part of Hampshire County Council. This page sets out the terms and conditions on products we supply through our online portal.
HPDS operate between the hours of 7am – 6pm. Any orders received after 5pm will not be processed until the following morning and will be subject to 48-hour turnaround from then. The online portal is a self-service and the user will be expected to ensure all aspects of the order are correct prior to uploading. Files supplied must be print ready artwork. This is includes any crop marks or bleed added to jobs prior to printing. Charges will be applied if artwork needs amending.
All orders are subject to acceptance by HPDS, we will confirm such acceptance to you by electronic notification at the beginning of the ordering process (the "Order Confirmation").
All the Products will be made to your specification or must be personalised by you, you will not have any right to cancel the supply of any of the Products once you have placed an order. If, however, an order is incorrectly placed, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone at 01962872100 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been submitted to print, we will allow you to cancel the order. However, if the order has been submitted to print, we will be unable to issue such cancellation and charges may be applied.
We offer a 48-hour turnaround on jobs. Any work that needs to be processed under 48 hours requires a phone call on 0370 779 0303 prior to uploading. This work may still not be guaranteed to be delivered on time due to current workload on the presses. Any jobs required under 48 hours will be subject to a “Priority” charge. This charge will be dependant on job size and quantity and will be reported to the user prior to production.
If you are placing an order using third party licenses or copyrights, you warrant that you have the necessary authority to do so and must provide written proof if requested to do so.
