HantsPrint Terms and conditions

Print Services operate as part of Hampshire County Council. This page sets out the terms and conditions on products we supply through our online portal, HantsPrint.

Print Services web shop operate between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday. Any orders received after 4pm (or 3pm on Friday) will not be processed until the following working day and will be subject to 72-hour turnaround from then. The online portal is a self-service provision, and the user will be expected to ensure all aspects of the order are correct prior to uploading. Files supplied must be print ready artwork. This includes any crop marks or bleed added to jobs prior to printing. Charges will be applied if artwork needs amending.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Services team on the web shop, we will confirm such acceptance to you by electronic notification at the beginning of the ordering process (the "Order Confirmation").

All the products will be made to your supplied specification or must be personalised by you.

You will not have any right to cancel the supply of any of the products once you have placed an order. If, however, an order is incorrectly placed, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone at 01962 872100 or email at [email protected] and every attempt to cancel the incorrect order will be made. If your order has not yet been submitted to print, we will allow you to cancel the order. However, if the order has been submitted to print, we will be unable to issue such cancellation, and charges may be applied for any work undertaken or materials used.

We will assess the level of work required and the turnaround will be based on minimum 72 hours from receipt. Any work that needs to be processed under 72 hours will require a discussion with the team on 01962 872100 or email to [email protected] prior to you uploading. This will incur a priority order charge of £30 being applied to your order. The team will evaluate the production schedule before offering a guarantee to deliver based on the current workload scheduled. This decision will also need consideration of the job size and quantity with any concerns highlighted in advance.
