McCloud Remedy Choices Form
As explained on the McCloud/Sargeant Age Discrimination page, each year within three months of receiving your ABS-RSS you will be able to choose to receive a compensation payment in respect of any contribution adjustment.
This three month deadline has passed for 2024. The McCloud Remedy Choices form and Compensation Payment form will become available next year from 31 August 2025 which is the deadline for your ABS-RSS to be provided by.
When these forms are available they cover all Firefighter scheme members affected by the McCloud Remedy.
