‘The Get Away’ package includes use of one of our meeting rooms. You can choose how many activity sessions you would like on the day as well as a bed for the night and breakfast the following day. Our accommodation options include shared or singe rooms.

Our meeting rooms & unique spaces
Our meeting rooms have stunning sea views at a unique location and offer a memorable place to hold any event, team day or celebration.
Our centre offers a range of facilities and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater for all requirements.
Meeting rooms
We have three main conference/event rooms that can be configured in several layouts, ready to accommodate and best fit your needs.
The rooms are all equipped with:
- Overhead projector
- TV, Blu-ray, DVD and video player
- Radio mic
- Flipchart and whiteboards
Kinkead and Waghorn are joint by a removable wall – these rooms can be combined to create one long room.

Unique spaces
Looking for something a bit different?
Look no further, as we can offer unique spaces such as the Schneider Hangar, the middle of the velodrome, four classroom spaces in Houston House or Calshot Castle - each of which all have easy access to quiet shingle beaches giving you the option to host part of your event outdoors.

Activity sessions
We have lots of exciting activities available, from sliding down our indoor slopes in a ringo, to track cycling on our banked indoor velodrome - there really is something for everything! Check out our activities here.
Fancy making a splash? Our watersports sessions are run from April to September. Each watersports session requires a minimum of 3 hrs to deliver.
Accommodation
Our bed and breakfast accommodation is perfect for groups wanting to extended their day.
We have a range of basic shared or single rooms available, each with access to a shared toilet and shower facilities.
We offer a delicious, cooked breakfast served in our café or dining hall - both only a short walk away from your accommodation.
