Keymer House self-catered accommodation – exclusive use
Are you looking for a beautiful seafront location to spend time with family and friends? Keymer House is situated directly on the beach at Calshot and provides unrivalled access to the Solent and Southampton Water. It is perfectly positioned allowing water enthusiasts to easily access the lagoon, an area of water naturally protected by Calshot Spit at high tide. Within a short drive, popular destinations like Beaulieu and Brockenhurst make The New Forest an attractive day out.
The self-contained accommodation includes:

Mitchell House - room only
We have a range of dorm style rooms available at the weekends and school holidays. If you are looking for a no-frills accommodation that is right on the beach with full access to the water and right on the edge of the New Forest, then this is the place for you.
Each room has bunkbeds and access to a shower room and toilet. We provide tea and coffee making facilities in each room, as well as bed linen. You will need to bring your own towels.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but our onsite café is open for breakfast from 9:30am.
