These sessions are for anyone who would like to improve their front crawl and be more confident in open water.
With Kirsty from Swim Eat Sleep Repeat you will work on technique and skills together in a relaxed way. You do not need to be a fit or strong swimmer. If you don't feel you have the ability or confidence right now, this is perfect for you.
Costs £12 per session plus discounted parking. Multiple sessions available, if you want to do more than one session they need to be booked individually.
