To consider a report of Michael Lawther, Legal Advisor to the Hampshire Police and Crime Panel, setting out the amendments made to the Police and Crime Panel Rules of Procedure following recommendations at the previous meeting.
9. Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire – Annual Report
To consider a report of the Police and Crime Commissioner setting out his Annual Report for the 2012/13 year.
10. Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire – Police and Crime Plan Action Sheet
To consider a report of the Police and Crime Commissioner setting out the detailed Police and Crime Plan 2013 – 2017 action plan requested by the Panel at their last meeting.
11. Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire – Estates Review
To consider a report of the Police and Crime Commissioner detailing the outcomes of his Estates Review.
12. Quarterly Complaints Report
To consider a report of the Scrutiny Officer to the Panel, which sets out the activities of the delegated officer and the Complaints Sub-Committee in relation to complaints made against the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire in the last quarter.

To consider a report of Rob Carr, Head of Finance, Hampshire County Council, setting out the final budget of the Police and Crime Panel for 2012/13, and the proposed budget and support arrangement for the Police and Crime Panel for 2013/14.
