4. Proactive Scrutiny
To receive a report from the Police and Crime Plan Working Group setting out the Panel’s proactive scrutiny work-programme for 2014/15.
5. Session One: Rural Crime
This proactive scrutiny session will allow the Panel to scrutinise and support the Police and Crime Commissioner in his aim to ‘over three years to reduce by 50% the gap in solved crime rates between rural and non-rural beats, whilst improving existing solved crime rates in non-rural areas’.
The Panel will hear oral evidence from the below stakeholders:
a) Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire
b) Hampshire Constabulary
