5. Session One: Domestic Abuse – Final Report
To agree the final report of the Police and Crime Panel on ‘Domestic Abuse’.
6. Session Two: Restorative Justice
This proactive scrutiny session will allow the Panel to scrutinise and support the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) in his intention to keep communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight safe and secure, through reviewing the progress made towards achieving the vision of the Restorative Justice and Restorative Approaches Strategy. The Panel’s scrutiny will also consider how the Commissioner is engaging partners across the two counties in delivering this agenda, as well as increasing awareness and engagement from the wider community.
The scope of the ‘Restorative Justice’ session is attached as Appendix One. Written evidence has been received and is attached as Appendix Two.
The Panel will hear oral evidence from the below stakeholders:
