We’ve teamed up with Petersfield Town Council and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to offer residents the opportunity to apply for free trees to plant in their gardens this autumn and winter.

Petersfield Town Council: Front Garden Tree Planting Initiative
Trees are being offered to Petersfield residents with suitable front gardens in eligible areas. The trees planted as part of this scheme will help enhance the local environment by cleaning and cooling the air and supporting local nature recovery.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council: Tree-mendous Giveaway
Up to two young trees are being offered to Basingstoke and Deane residents to plant in their gardens. There are eleven different species of tree available to choose from each carefully chosen to suit local conditions and help boost biodiversity and local wildlife.

Hampshire Forest Partnership tree tracker
All trees planted from our tree giveaway schemes will help us reach our target of planting 1 million trees in Hampshire by 2050. We will log all our new tree plantings on our online tree tracker map.
