Wessex Film and Sound Archive is holding screenings of archive film of Basingstoke, ranging from the 1930s to the 1980s. This includes black and white amateur film, colour film of Basingstoke before the redevelopment of the 1960s and news clips covering the new Basingstoke of the 1970s and 1980s.
These will be drop-in screenings, so there is no need to book, and the film will be running on a 15-minute loop.
