Hampshire Record Office offers a range of meeting and event facilities that can accommodate up to 80 guests. Our versatile space and facilities are suitable for a variety of corporate events and private functions including:

Our cinema is ideal for meetings and presentations, and can seat 80 people. The room has tiered seating with a cinema screen, projector and a range of audio-visual presentation facilities.
The conference room seats up to 30 people, depending on layout. It is an informal space with presentation facilities. It can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit your requirements.
