• Search room resources, eg books, microfiche, digital: FREE
• Prints from web: 30p per sheet
• Photocopies or prints from microfilm: £1.50 per sheet
• Photography permit: £16 per day/session
• 5 photo permits: £60
• 10 photo permits: £100
• Photography permit, depositor's own material only: FREE

• Look ups in documents: £21 (half hour only)
• Digital photography and copy estimates: £42 per hour (half hour minimum)
• Digital photography, printed and sent by post: £50 per hour (half hour minimum)
• Pre-digitised documents: £30 per title
• Pre-digitised sets/Pipe rolls: £1000
• Pre-digitised sets/Bishops registers: £400
• Copies of Cathedral records: price on application
• Audio-visual copies: £58 per hour (minimum, includes any rights research)
• Audio-visual copies, depositors own material only: £29 per hour (minimum)
• Research in restricted records: price on application

If you need certification for legal purposes.

• Baptism certificate: £39
• Certified transcript: £39 per transcript
• Certified copy: £39 per copy
• Letter of confirmation: £39 per letter

Getting your own records digitised, including audio-visual.

• Standard rate: £50 per hour (minimum)
• Commercial rate: £58 per hour (minimum)

• Depending on event: £8 to £15 per ticket
• Workshops, group talks and visits (includes prep time): £58 per hour
• Ambassador training: £50 per day

• Cinema - weekdays, 9am to 5pm: £55 per hour
• Cinema - weekday evenings to 10pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm: £75 per hour
• Small conference room - weekdays 9am to 5pm: £45 per hour
• Small conference room - evenings to 10pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm: £55 per hour

Charge for copying is in addition to facility fee.

• Commercial: £58 per hour (minimum)
• Non-commercial: £29 per hour (minimum half hour)

Broadcast and non-broadcast fees.

All prices subject to a minimum charge of 30 seconds.

• Single use, commercial, UK: £6 per second
• Single use, commercial, Rest of World: £12 per second
• Multiple use, commercial, 5 years, UK: £12 per second
• Multiple use, commercial, 10 years, UK: £18 per second
• Multiple use, commercial, 5 years, rest of world: £24 per second
• Multiple use, commercial, 10 years, rest of world: £30 per second
• Educational and corporate use (non-broadcast), 5 years: £6 per second
• Use of sound recordings: half of film and video prices

• Express service: £25 in addition to service charge
• Archives consultancy: £58 per hour
• Conservation: £58 per hour plus cost of materials
• Filming by TV or radio: £100 per hour (£200 minimum charge)
