There are plenty of services available along the river for you and your vessel. Some are offered by the Harbour Authority and some from other local businesses.

Events

With over 3,200 vessels afloat, four sailing clubs and considerable number of visitors, the river is a busy sailing environment.  So when you’re planning an event it’s important to consult the Harbour Authority to make sure there’s enough time to plan how to manage busy traffic levels.

About us

The River Hamble Harbour Authority is a Municipal Harbour and part of Hampshire County Council.

It is governed by the River Hamble Revision Orders 1969 – 1989 and various other laws. Hampshire County Council has delegated responsibility for its management of the river to the River Hamble Harbour Board.
