Hamble Estuary Partnership

The Hamble Estuary Partnership (HEP) is an independent partnership organised by the River Hamble Harbour Authority. It’s formed of harbour users and people interested in the River Hamble and the surrounding area.

The HEP advises the River Hamble Harbour Board (RHHB). The HEP Chairman is not a member of the RHHB.

The Hamble Estuary Partnership meets twice a year to discuss issues affecting the River Hamble, and to monitor and facilitate priority projects and issues of shared interest. Meetings are chaired by an independent person, usually an academic from a local university.
