Come along to this beginner’s bread making class with a seasonal twist!

We will be rolling up our sleeves again and getting stuck into producing three types of bread; wholemeal, white and Christmas stollen. You can take home what you make!

Soup for Lunch & Tea/coffee will also be provided throughout the day.

Your tutor, Paul Merry who has been an artisan baker for 40 years, and a teacher of bread making courses for 20 years. Paul has an easy and fluid teaching style during which you will get a real grasp of what you are making along with anecdotes and bread history. Questions are encouraged at any point in the day.
