Recommendation Reward
Recommend a new school or group for a chance to share £1,000.
Customers with an existing booking can recommend a new school or group to book with Hampshire Outdoor Centres to earn £500 off both the customer’s existing booking and the new school/group’s booking.
Simply complete our online recommendation form, and once the visit is confirmed, we’ll add a £500 reward to both bookings.

To be eligible for this offer
- One customer must have a current booking with HOC and one customer must be new (“new” is classed as a school or group who does not have a current booking and has not booked a visit with Hampshire Outdoor Centres in the last 12 months).
- Bookings must have a minimum collective value of £6,000.
- All rewards will be applied to the final balance invoice and both customers must have a confirmed booking with Hampshire Outdoor Centres. No cash alternative is available.

Transport support offer
Book your visit on one of our selected dates and receive up to £1,000 towards transport costs.
We know that residential visits are a great way to experience the world beyond the classroom and enhance outdoor learning, but that the cost of transport can be a barrier for some. That’s why we’re offering new and existing customers additional support towards transport costs if they book onto one of our selected dates. Book for one of our selected transport offer dates and receive either as a contribution towards travel costs for the booking. Terms and conditions* apply:
- £500 (for bookings valued between £3,000 and £7,499.99)
- £1,000 (for bookings of £7,500 and above)
