Developing skills for life
The programme provides opportunities for students to develop a range of skills to meet a variety of outcomes such as developing teamwork skills, resilience and confidence.
Range of engaging activities
A typical full day includes four activity sessions, lasting 1 hour 45 mins each, although certain activities take up half a day due to additional kitting up or travel time. Activities range from those providing individual challenges (e.g. climbing, skiing, archery) to those which develop communication, co-operation and teambuilding (e.g. low ropes, problem solving).
Ultimately, the most suitable mix of activities will depend upon the aims of the visiting group and the programme will be tailored to meet these needs.
