Our discover programme has been specially designed to promote team-oriented outcomes for students. An even split of large group activities and more focused individual challenges allows opportunity for the development of core skills such as teamwork and communication while still promoting personal growth and achievement.
Built-in reflection
Self-reflection is core to personal growth and is built into every session we run. On the discover programme young people will be prompted by our trained instructors to consider how they’ve shown resilience, taken care of their wellbeing, or communicated effectively.
The perfect balance
The mix of high to low ratio activities offers the perfect balance between one-on-one time with the instructor, and the opportunity for independent achievement.
