Lock 29 - Ash Lock
The only operational lock in Hampshire
Ash Lock marks the dividing point between the heavily locked Surrey section and the 16 miles of lockless navigation in Hampshire. Adjacent to the lock is Ash Lock Cottage, formerly a lock keeper's home it is now the base for the Blackwater Valley Countryside Partnership.
