Lock 30 - Greywell Stop Lock

Now abandoned - Greywell Stop Lock raised water level by about 1 ft/300mm for the final 5 miles of waterway beyond the Greywell Tunnel into Basingstoke. The remains of the lock can be found near the eastern mouth of the Greywell Tunnel.
