Open days at Stubbington Study Centre

We host three open days each year, giving children and their families the chance to explore Stubbington Study Centre before their residential stay. These visits are a great way to ease any nerves, meet our team, and get a feel for what life at the centre is like.

Families are welcome to drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm on our open days. During your visit, you can:

  • Meet some of our friendly staff.
  • Visit the dormitories.
  • View our menu and dining room.
  • Wander around the grounds and outdoor areas.

When you arrive, you’ll be directed to our welcome desk. Children attending with their school will be offered a fun photo trail to help them explore the site. For adults, we provide a brief health and safety information sheet due to the nature of our grounds.

We have onsite parking available, although spaces may be limited in poor weather. There’s no need to book - most families find that around an hour is plenty of time to enjoy the visit.

Our tuck shop will be open for souvenirs, sweets, bottled water, and our famous Stubbington biscuits.
Please note: the tuck shop accepts cash only.

We are also just a short drive from the beach and Lee-on-the-Solent, making it easy to turn your visit into a full family day out.

Please be aware that we are a dog-free site, with the exception of assistance dogs.
