- Upload evidence of external learning onto the learning zone
- Register for an e-learning course
- Register for an instructor lead or virtual learning course
- Request a place on a waiting list for a class
- Request a new class date
- Cancel my enrolment on a class
- Print certificate of completion
- Recommend a course
- Set up substitutes or delegates for approvals
