Our group follows the British Heart Foundation programme. This is not a slimming group but will place a high focus on healthy eating habits and all aspects of how to achieve a healthy life style.

Bobbin lace is a method of making lace by weaving threads held on bobbins and pinning them on top of a pattern pinned to a pillow.

To begin bobbin lace making you will need a pillow, bobbins, straight pins, thread and a pattern. Please bring these items along with you.

All levels welcome. Try something new!

Criminology is an extensive subject, ranging from types and causes of crime, forensics, the whole justice system covering policing, sentencing and types of punishment, both in the UK and worldwide. Ours is mainly a discussion group, choosing a subject to research, whether it be of current or historical interest.
