Fees and charges
Membership of Hampshire Libraries is free, but we do charge fees for:
- Reserving items from our catalogue (except for Concession members)
- Overdue items (except for Concession members)
- Damaged or lost items
- Some special memberships, with additional benefits
- Borrowing adult audiobooks
Pay online
You can pay most fees and charges through your online library account, part payments are not permitted. When you have completed your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Any concerns about payments can be directed to [email protected].
It is also possible to pay fees and charges at a library.
