Chapel exhibitions: Tuesday to Sunday, 10.30am to 5pm
Last admission to the tower 4.30pm
Chapel kiosk: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 4.30pm
Chapel toilets: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm

What to expect when you visit

  • Visitors are required to wear a face covering inside the Chapel building and at the café servery window (unless exempt).
  • All visitors aged 16+ to the Chapel exhibitions are required to provide information for NHS Test & Trace purposes. Hampshire County Council privacy notice
  • We are limiting the number of visitors in the Chapel, so on a busy day you may need to wait.
  • The ground floor gallery in the Chapel will be open and is free to enter, however the 1st floor balcony and Tower remain closed.
  • A small selection of souvenirs is available to purchase at the reception desk. Card payments only please.
  • The café kiosk will be open for takeaway drinks and snacks only. Card payments only please.
  • A reminder that caution is still advised when meeting with family and friends outside your household or support bubble, particularly anyone who has not yet been vaccinated or who may be vulnerable for health reasons: follow 'hands, face, space'.


You may take photos within the Chapel and grounds for personal use.

To take photos or shoot video via aerial drones here, please apply in advance for a permit.

For permission to take wedding photos, please contact the Event and Marketing Officer at least two weeks in advance.
